During June Jeanette called on the Housing
Minister to demolish the derelict cluster units at Parkside Estate
saying they were an eyesore, unsafe and could attract crime and
illegal activities.
In July the Housing Minister acted on
Jeanette's calls and work started to demolish the vacant cluster
units. According to the Minister all of the units should be demolished
in three months.
